These Terms govern your use of Dreamy Writing Company's websites (including this one and ingenuity.dreamywriting.com) and the Ingenuity application (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Dreamy Writing Company ("we", "us", "our") is operated from India. Our first product is Ingenuity, a writing application built for novelists and essayists. You can reach us at hello@dreamywriting.com.
You need an account to use Ingenuity. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be old enough, under the law of the country you live in, to agree to these Terms on your own. If you're not, a parent or guardian needs to agree on your behalf.
Ingenuity is offered on a paid subscription. The price and billing interval are shown to you at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record — we never see or store your card details.
New subscriptions start with a free trial that requires a card on file. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for exactly how the trial, billing, and cancellation work — it's part of these Terms.
What you write in Ingenuity is yours. We don't claim ownership over your manuscripts, notes, or any other content you create using the Service, and we don't use your writing to train anything beyond providing the Service to you.
Use the Service the way it's meant to be used. Don't try to break it, resell access to it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to store or distribute anything unlawful.
The Service itself — the software, design, and branding — belongs to Dreamy Writing Company. These Terms give you a license to use it; they don't give you ownership of any of it.
Parts of the Service are provided with the help of other companies: Dodo Payments handles billing, Supabase hosts application data, and language-model providers power Ingenuity's writing-assistance features. Their own terms may also apply to how they handle your data — see our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
We work to keep Ingenuity reliable, but the Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time (see Refund & Cancellation). We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If a change is significant, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
